Thief Boss is the second quest in Sailor Piece. Still on Start Island, you'll face your first boss fight.

Step 1: Find the Guide NPC
Head to the beach area of Start Island. The Guide NPC for this quest is located near the shoreline. Talk to him to start Quest 2 — Thief Boss.
Step 2: Locate the Thief Boss
The Thief Boss spawns near the Guide on the beach. It's a Level 25 enemy — tougher than the regular thieves from Quest 1, but still manageable if you've been leveling up.
Step 3: Defeat the Thief Boss
You only need to defeat 1 Thief Boss to complete this quest. By this point you should have some stat points to spend — make sure you've allocated them before the fight.
Tips:
- Make sure you've allocated your stat points — even a few points in Sword or Melee makes a big difference
- The boss hits harder than regular thieves, so keep an eye on your HP
- Use your full M1 combo and any abilities you've unlocked
- If you're struggling, grind a few more levels on regular thieves first
Step 4: Quest Complete!
Once the Thief Boss is defeated, the quest completion banner appears and your reward is granted automatically.
